摘　　要：药学学科对学生实践能力要求较高,独立院校作为培养应用型医药人才的重要来源,必须对现有的药学实践教学实践进行有效改革。本文作者结合自身多年教学经验,提出了重视药学学科实验教学、开设药学学科现场教学、校内校外联合培养的药学学科实践教学的改革措施及具体实践方式,旨在通过多样化的实践教学切实提高药学专业学生的专业实践及应用创新能力,为我国培养高素质的药学学科应用型人才。Pharmacy higher requirements for students＇ practical ability,independent colleges as an important source of training applied medical personnel,must carry out effective reform of pharmacy practice teaching practice existing. Combining with the author＇s years of teaching experience,presents the importance of pharmacy experimental teaching, open field teaching of pharmacy,pharmacy practice teaching joint training school school reform measures and practice method,aims to improve the diversity of practice teaching for students majored in pharmacy professional practice and application of innovation ability,pharmacy talents raising high-quality for our culture.
