摘　　要：随着研究生的大量扩招,研究生的培养质量也引起了社会各界的关注,为了提高研究生的培养层次,我国高校迫切需要向发达国家学习经验。本文通过加拿大访学期间的切身体会并结合加拿大留学生在当地的切身感受,通过分析加拿大研究生在课程体系、授课方式及与导师交流方式等方面的突出特点,结合我国高校实际提出几点建议,旨在为我国高校研究生教育提供有益的启发和借鉴。With the enrollment expansion of graduate students,the training quality of graduate students has aroused the attention of all sectors of society. In order to improve the training level of graduate students,it is urgent for colleges and universities in our country to learn from the developed countries. During the visit by Canadian science and keenly aware of combining the Canadian students in the local and personal feelings,through the analysis of outstanding characteristics of Canadian graduate students in course system,teaching methods and communicate with the tutor mode, combined with the reality of Chinese colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions,aiming at the graduate student education in China to provide useful inspiration and reference.
