摘 要:城市新区在开发前通常具有良好的生态环境和丰富的自然资源,为了尽可能的降低新区的开发建设对当地生态自然环境的影响,本文以吉首市东部新区为例,利用GIS和遥感空间技术,结合最小阻力累积模型、叠加分析等方法确定研究区的"源地"、生态廊道、战略点、缓冲区和新区三种生态用地的范围等,进而构建吉首市东部新区高中低三种生态安全格局,以优先识别并保护新区关键性生态区域。分析结果表明:新区内底线型生态用地面积为5.4km^2,占整个研究区面积的15.4%;缓冲型和理想型生态用地面积分别为17.4km^2和7.5km^2。通过构建新区生态安全格局,为促进城市的空间布局规划、生态规划、保护当地良好的自然生态资源等都具有重要的意义。Urban New District usually have good ecological environment and abundant natural resources before they are developed, In order to reduce the impact of the development and construction of the new area on the local ecological environment as much as possible, This paper takes the eastern new district of JiShou city as an example, Using GIS and remote sensing space technology, combined with minimum resistance accumulation model and superposition analysis method to determine the area "source", ecological corridor, strategic point, buffer and district three ecological land area etc. Then, three kinds of ecological security patterns of high school and low level in the eastern New District of Jishou are constructed to identify and protect the key ecological areas in the new district. The results showed that the ecological land area of the new district was 5.4km2, accounting for 15.4% of the whole area of the research area, and the buffer and ideal ecological land area were 17.4km2 and 7.5km2 respectively. Through the construction of the ecological security pattern of the New District, it is of great significance to promote the city's spatial layout planning, ecological planning and the protection of the local natural ecological resources.
