摘 要:目的探讨SBAR模式在精神科住院患者护理交接班中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月~5月在本科实施传统交接班模式进行交接班的100例患者为对照组,选取2016年6月~8月实施SBAR交接班的100例患者为研究组,比较2组不同模式交接班时交接问题发生率和不良事件发生例数。结果研究组交接问题发生率和安全事件发生例数较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SBAR模式能规范精神科护理交接班,能降低精神科护士交接班问题发生率,能降低精神科护理不良事件发生例数,保证护理交接班质量和护理安全质量,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR model in the nursing shift of psychiatric inpatients. Methods 100 cases of the implementation of the traditional shift mode shift of patients were chose as the control group,and 100 cases of SBAR shift patients as the study group, the patients were compared between the two groups of different modes of handover handover and the incidence of adverse events occurred in the number of cases. Results The incidence rate and the number of safety incidents in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of SBAR model to regulate the psychiatric nursing shift,reduce the incidence of psychiatric nurses handover problem, reduce the psychiatric nursing adverse events the number of cases, to ensure the quality of nursing shift and the quality of nursing safety, ensure the safety of patients.
