金栀洁龈含漱液联合冲吸式口护吸痰管在留置胃管患者口腔护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨金栀洁龈含漱液联合冲吸式口护吸痰管在留置胃管患者口腔护理中的应用效果。方法运用随机对照的研究方法,将2015年4月-2017年4月佛山市高明区人民医院神经内科收治留置胃管的患者144例,随机分为观察组(n=78)和对照组(n=66)。观察组采用金栀洁龈含漱液联合冲吸式口腔护理法,对照组采用棉球擦洗口腔护理法。对两组口腔护理备物时间及操作时间,口腔黏膜完整性,舒适度及依从性,口腔残留物、口腔溃疡、口腔炎、口臭指数、舌苔指数、院内肺部感染情况进行比较分析。结果观察组备物时间和口腔护理操作时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度、依从性及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组口腔黏膜完整性、口腔炎、口腔残留物、口腔溃疡发生情况、口臭指数、舌苔指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内肺部感染率6.41%明显低于对照组18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明金栀洁龈含漱液联合冲洗式口护吸痰管在留置胃管患者的使用效果优于传统口腔护理。Objective To Observation oral care effectiveness of Jinzhijieyin gargle combination？ with flush suction oral care sputum suction tube for patients with indwelling stomach tube.Methods Using randomized controlled methods, in April 2015 to April 2015, foshan neurology brillant district people＇s hospital treated 144 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Used by Jinzhijieyin gargle containing wash liquid combined punching suction oral care method.The control group by using cotton ball scrubbing oral care.On two groups of patients with oral care for time and operation time of the oral mucosa integrity, comfort and adher- ence, oral residue, oral ulcer, stomatitis, halitosis index, index of tongue coating, nosocomial, lung infection situation of comparative analysis.Re- suits The Oral care preparation time and operation timein the observation group were lower than those in the control group, a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, patient＇s comfortable, compliance, Satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05） .Two groups of oral cavity mucous membrane integrity, stomatitis, oral residue, oral ulcer occurrence, halitosis, tongue coating index to compare the difference was statistically significant.Observation group of nosocumial lung infection rate 6.41% to 18.18%, significantly lower than the control group the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions patients with indwelling stomach tube by Jinzhijieyin gargle combination with flush suction oral care sputuM suction tube is more effective than the traditional oral care.
