摘  要:园区循环化改造是我国循环经济发展的重要举措。本文以杭州湾上虞经济技术开发区循环化改造为例,研究其循环化改造目标举措和经验做法,主要提出企业清洁化生产、生产标准化建设、园区循环化改造、产业集聚化发展、污染集中化治理、制度持续化创新六方面的绿色发展示范,为其他精细化工产业园区推进循环化改造和绿色发展提供借鉴。The cyclic transformation of the development zone is an important measure for the development of circular economy in China. This paper takes the cyclic transformation of hangzhou bay shangyu economic and technological development zone as an example,and researches on its recycling transformation target action and experience practices. This paper mainly puts forward a demonstration of green development in the six aspects of enterprise cleaner production,production standardization construction, development zone cyclic transformation, industrial agglomeration development, pollution concentration management,institutional renewal innovation,it provides reference for other fine chemical industry development zones to promote cyclic transformation and green development.
