摘 要:室温下放置的导轨内部由于温度变化会产生热应力,使得导轨产生热变形误差,影响导轨的安装精度。以桁架机器人竖梁导轨为研究对象,通过理论计算以及ANSYS分析出室温下放置导轨的热变形量,并通过实验测得导轨的实际热变形量。将有限元软件ANSYS分析出的数据分别与理论计算结果、实验测出的数据进行对比,验证ANSYS仿真分析结果的准确性,为实际工程提出通过ANSYS软件模拟出导轨实际热变形量的方法。并提出了降低导轨热变形误差的措施。Slide guide placed in the workshop can generate thermal stress caused by the changed ambient temperature. This will lead to thermal deformation of the slide guide, and affects its accuracy of installation. The research took the vertical slide guide of truss robot as example, and analyzed the thermal deformation of the slide guide at ambient temperature through the theoretical calculation and the software of ANSYS. The author also measured the thermal deformation of slide guide by the experiment. The data analyzed by the software of ANSYS was compared with the theoretical result, and also compared this data to the experimental data which verified the accuracy of the analysis of the ANSYS. Based on this, the author put forward the method for simulating the actual thermal deformation of the slide guide. Finally, the author presented measures to reduce the error of thermal deformation of slide guide by consulting the literature study.
