摘 要:提出了一种线圈外置式的新型二维电-机械转换器,在原有阀用力矩马达的基础上将衔铁和轭铁极靴翼面设计成轴对称的斜面,从而当衔铁轴向移动时获得电磁力矩,与液压放大部分相结合可构成力-位移反馈回路的2D导控式电液伺服阀。建立了该电-机械转换器的三维有限元模型,在Ansoft Maxwell平台上分析了其磁场分布,讨论了励磁安匝数、工作气隙、永磁体厚度和斜角等关键结构参数对驱动力矩-转角特性和反馈力矩-位移特性的影响,分析结果对于后续的工程设计具有较好的参考价值。A novel two dimensional converter with external coil structure is proposed in this paper. Based on the structure of traditional torque motor, the wings of armature and yokes' pole shoes are designed as axisymmetric inclined planes to generate magnetic torque when armature moves axially. 2D pilot- operated servo valve with torce- displacement feedback loop can be obtained while using this electro-mechanical converter together with hydraulic amplification mechanism. 3D finite-element model is built on the platform of Ansoft Maxwell and magnetic field distribution is analyzed. The influence of key structural parameters such as numbers of excitation, working airgap, thickness of permanent magnet and inclined angle on driving torque- angle characteristics and feedback torque- displacement characteristics are discussed. The numerical simulation results have reference value for the future engineering design.
