摘 要:为实现牵引式无级变速器最优结构参数的确定,首先建立了牵引式无极变速器(CVT)传动机构的三维实体模型,基于ANSYS软件对其进行了加载与求解,分析了动力滚轮与锥盘之间的接触应力;其次,考虑接触应力的影响因素,提出了基于接触应力和平均牵引效率的多目标优化设计方法,以膜厚比、接触强度、效率和几何不干涉为约束条件,建立了结构参数优化的数学模型;最后,基于MATLAB/GADS遗传算法工具箱对多目标优化数学模型进行了求解。研究成果可为牵引式CVT结构参数的优化设计提供理论基础。To determine the optimal structural parameters of traction continuously variable transmission( CVT), in the present paper, a three-dimensional solid model of transmission mechanism of traction continuously variable transmission was established firstly, the contact stresses between the driving roller and the cone disc were analyzed after loading and solving the 3D model by ANSYS. Subsequently, influence factors of contact stress were taken into account, and a multi-objective optimization design method based on the contact stress and average traction efficiency was proposed. Based on the proposed optimization method, a mathematical model to optimize the structural parameters was established with the constraints of the ratio of film thickness, contact strength, and geometric noninterference. Eventually, the multi- objective optimization mathematical model was solved by using MATLAB/GADS genetic algorithm toolbox. The research results will provide theoretical foundation for the optimization of structural parameters of traction continuously variable transmission.
