摘 要:寒冷地区煤炭运输设备上煤的冻粘问题较为突出且研究较少,针对冻粘基体表面波纹度对煤冻粘强度的影响,选取5种不同表面波纹度的钢板,分别对其上各粒度和外在水含量的煤样进行冻粘强度试验。结果表明:当煤样外在水含量为20%较小时,随着钢板表面波纹度间距参数Wsm从0.70 mm逐渐增至1.81mm,幅度参数Wc从0.081 4 mm逐渐增至0.216 5 mm,粒径d<Wsm的较小粒度煤样冻粘强度明显增加,粒径d>Wsm的较大粒度煤样冻粘强度无明显增减趋势,d介于Wsm变化范围间的中等粒度煤样冻粘强度先无明显变化,后逐渐增加;当煤样外在水含量为40%较大时,各粒度煤样随钢板波纹度参数值的增加而小幅减小。实际中为降低煤冻粘强度,当煤外在水含量较小时应减小金属冻粘基体材料表面波纹度参数,而当外在水含量较大时可提高金属基体表面的波纹度参数。The problem of freezing adhesion of transportation equipment in cold regions is protuberan and lack of study. To investigate the influence on coal freezing adhesive strength of surface waviness of matrix material, the freezing adhesive strength of coal with different granularities and free moisture content on five kinds of different waviness of steel plates were tested respectively. With the surface waviness parameter of steel plates gradually increasing from Wsm = 0.70 mm to1. 81 mm, We=0. 081 4 mm to 1.81 0. 216 5 mm, when the free moisture content of coal samples was 20% which was lower, the freezing adhesive strength of coal samples which diameter d〈Wsm increased prominently, and the freezing adhesive strength of coal samples which d〉Wsm had no prominent change, and the freezing adhesive strength of coal samples which diameter d was between variation range of Wsm had no prominent change firstly and then increased gradually. When the free moisture content of coal samples was 40% which was higher, the freezing adhesive strength of all coal samples decreased marginally with the surface waviness of steel plates increasing. It was helpful for reducing freezing adhesive strength to decrease the surface waviness parameter of metal matrix material when the free moisture content of coal is lower and increase the surface waviness parameter when the free moisture content is higher.
