摘　　要：摆脱贫困实现共同富裕,是社会主义的本质要求。基层党组织作为中国共产党长期执政的组织基础,要自觉认识到脱贫攻坚对于党和国家发展全局的重大意义,并坚持从实际出发,切实担负起扶贫攻坚重大使命,积极动员各方力量,凝聚各种资源,有效推动贫困地区实现预期脱贫目标,从而逐步走上持续均衡的改革发展之路。To get rid of poverty and realize common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism. As the foundation of the Communist Party of China＇s long reign,grassroots party organizations should keep the significance of poverty alleviation for the overall development of the party and the State in their frame of mind,and based on the reality,from the major mission of poverty alleviation,actively mobilize all the forces of various resources,and effectively and gradually help them embark on promote poverty-stricken areas to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation, a road of sustained and balanced reform and development .
