电针疗法对围绝经期抑郁模型大鼠炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨电针疗法对围绝经期抑郁模型大鼠炎性细胞因子的影响。方法 :将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、西药组、电针组,每组10只。采用双侧卵巢切除结合慢性不可预见性刺激的方法建立围绝经期抑郁症大鼠模型,西药组给予盐酸氯米帕明灌胃,电针组给予电针刺激百会、双侧肾俞和三阴交,连续治疗28 d。观察大鼠糖水偏嗜及悬尾实验结果,运用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)测定血清内IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10的含量。结果 :与空白组相比,其他组糖水偏嗜率明显减小、悬尾时间明显增加(P<0.05);与模型组相比,西药组和电针组糖水偏嗜率明显增加、悬尾时间明显减少(P<0.05);与空白组相比,模型组IL-1β、IL-6含量明显增加,IL-10含量明显减少(P<0.05);与模型组相比,西药组和电针组IL-1β、IL-6含量明显减少,IL-10含量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 :电针疗法可以通过调控炎性细胞因子水平从而改善围绝经期抑郁症状,发挥良好的治疗作用。Objective ：To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on inflammatory cytokines in perimenopausal depression rats.Methods ：Forty female SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,clomipramine group and electroacupuncture group,with 10 rats in each group.The perimenopausal depression rat models were established by ovariectomy combined with chronic unpredictable stimulation,the clomipramine group was given Clomipramine Hydrochloride by intragastric administration,the electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture treatment at Baihui,Shenshu and Sanyinjiao,continuous treatment for 28 days.To observe the result of the sugar consumption experiments and the tail suspension test,and the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in serum were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（Elisa）.Results ：Compared with the control group,in all other groups,the sugar consumption was significantly decreased and the time of tail suspension was significantly increased（P〈0.05）;Compared with the model group,the clomipramine group and electroacupuncture group,the sugar consumption was significantly increased and the time of tail suspension was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）;Compared with the control group,the content of IL-1 and IL-6 in model group was significantly increased and the content of IL-10 was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）;Compared with the model group,the content of IL-1 and IL-6 in the clomipramine group and the electroacupuncture group were significantly decreased,and the content of IL-10 was significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal depression by regulating the level of inflammatory cytokines,and play a good role in therapeutic effect.
