摘　　要：针刀医学作为一门新兴医学,近年来推广普及非常迅速。但如何进一步在公立医院、民营诊所等医疗组织和地区更好的推广是一个亟待解决的问题。该文以全国首家建立针刀科的三甲医院为视角,结合自身的建科经历,从创建科室的历程、成功背后的原因和思考针刀的进一步发展等方面予以论述,以期探索针刀医学的运营诊疗模式,推进针刀医学的进一步发展。As a new medicine,acupotomology spread very quickly in recent years.But it has a problem to be solved urgently that how to further promote in public hospitals,private clinics and other medical organizations and regions.In this paper,the first establishment of the top three needle knife hospitals in China as the perspective,combining with the construction experience,discussing the course of establishing the department,the reasons behind the success and the further development of the needle knife.In order to explore the operation diagnosis and treatment mode of acupotomy medicine,promoting the further development of acupotomy medicine.
