中药面膜粉外敷、自拟消痤汤内服联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶外涂治疗肺胃蕴热证痤疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药面膜粉外敷、自拟消痤汤内服联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶外涂治疗肺胃蕴热证痤疮的疗效。方法 :将我院收治的肺胃蕴热证痤疮患者102例随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各51例。对照组患者给予异维A酸红霉素凝胶外涂,治疗组患者则加用中药面膜粉外敷、自拟消痤汤内服,连用4周为1个疗程。对比两组治疗的有效率,观察皮损程度变化,监测治疗前后性激素水平,评估生活质量变化。结果 :观察组92.2%的有效率与对照组的74.5%有效率相比升高明显(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的皮损程度改善较对照组明显,其皮损颜色、数目、痒痛程度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);激素T水平显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),E2、LH、FSH等激素水平无显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者DLQI评分较治疗前有所降低,观察组的DLQI评分下降程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 :本方案治疗肺胃蕴热证痤疮患者疗效肯定,利于减轻皮损,提高生活质量,其机制与下调性激素中T水平密切相关,有一定的临床推广价值。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine for external treatment,self-made Xiaocuo Decoction for oral administration combined with erythromycin vitamin A lung and stomach accumulating heat syndrome acne.Methods ：102 patients were randomly divided into control group of 51 cases and treatment group of 51 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with erythromycin vitamin A,while patients in the treatment group were primarily treated with Chinese medicine for external treatment,Xiaocuo Decoction for oral administration on the basis of control treatment,4 weeks for treatment.The paper was aimed at comparing the efficacy of the two groups,observing the lesion degree of change,monitoring of the sex hormone levels before and after the treatment,and evaluatingthe quality of life changes.Results ：The efficiency of patients in the treatment group was 92.2%,which was higher than that of the control group（74.5%）（P〈0.05）;The improvement of skin damage degree of the patients in the treatment group was better than that for the patients in the control group（P〈0.05）;and the skin color,number,degree of itch pain scores were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the T levels were significantly lower than the control group patients（P〈0.05）,while the levels of E2,LH and FSH hormone levels had no significant difference（P〉0.05）;The DLQI scores in both groups were reduced,and the treatment group of degree of DLQI score decreased more significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The therapy has curative effect.It is good to improve the patients＇ skin lesion degree and the life quality,the mechanism may be associated with lowing the levels of testosterone,is worthy of further research.
