捏脊疗法动物实验作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：捏脊疗法是我国推拿学独具特色的治疗技术之一,最先被应用于成人急性腹痛,后来广泛应用于儿科疾病,具有简便、有效、易接受、无副作用的特点。由于中医证候复杂不明,动物模型制作困难,所以捏脊疗法基础实验开展较少,其作用机制一直未能明确。随着国内外对捏脊疗法独特作用的关注,目前开展了关于捏脊疗法对神经内分泌、呼吸、消化、免疫等多个系统作用机制的研究,研究发现捏脊疗法不仅可调节脏腑功能,增强免疫功能,改善体内微循环和细胞组织的代谢,还能调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络。目前认为捏脊疗法是通过手法对体表的机械刺激,引起机体内的生理、生物化学、神经体液免疫等各方面不同程度的变化而达到治病保健目的。Chiropractic therapy is one of the unique massage treatment technology in China, it was applied in adults with acute abdominal pain at first, then it is widely applied in the pediatric disease. It has some characteristics such as no side effect, simple, effective, easy to accept, etc. Due to the complexity of TCM symptoms and the difficuhy of making animal model, chiropractic therapy basic experiment carried out less, its mechanism has not been able to clear. With the gradually attention to chiropractic therapy, there has been conducted function mechanism researchs about breathing and digestion and immune system for chiropractic therapy, research findings show that chiropractic therapy can not only adjust the viscera function, enhance immune function, improve microcirculation and metabolism of tissue in the body, but also can adjust nerve-endocrine-immune network. We think chiropractic therapy is effective by means of surface mechanical stimulation, cause in the body physiological, biochemical, nerve-humoral-immunity network and so on.
