黄芪注射液联合摩擦步训练对绝经期骨质疏松症患者雌激素水平及骨密度影响研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄芪注射液联合摩擦步训练对绝经期骨质疏松症患者雌激素水平及骨密度的影响。方法 :选取我院2013年1月—2015年11月收治的绝经期骨质疏松症患者84例,按随机、对照原则分对照组42例和治疗组42例,对照组采用钙尔奇D和阿伦膦酸钠片治疗;治疗组采用黄芪注射液联合摩擦步训练,连续治疗8周为1个疗程。治疗前后评定骨密度指标,采血测定血清性激素、骨代谢以及细胞因子等指标,同时对比临床疗效及安全性。结果 :对照组有效率71.43%低于治疗组有效率90.47%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后腰椎正位、左侧股骨颈、Ward's三角、大粗隆骨密度升高,血清T、E2含量升高,血清ALP、BGP含量降低,血清IL-8、TNF-α含量降低,IL-10升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后腰椎正位、左侧股骨颈、Ward's三角、大粗隆骨密度较高,血清T、E2含量较高,血清ALP、BGP含量较低,血清IL-8、TNF-α含量较低,IL-10较高(P<0.05);两组间不良反应率无差异(P>0.05)。结论 :黄芪注射液联合摩擦步训练对绝经期骨质疏松症患者疗效确切,改善性激素和骨代谢指标,缓解机体炎症状态,提高骨密度,值得广泛推广。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Astragalus Injection combined with friction step training on estrogen level and bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods ： 84 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 year were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control were treated with Caltrate D and Alien alendronate treatment, and treatment group were treated with Caltrate D and Allen alendronate combiend with Huangqi Injection, 2 groups were continuous treated for 8 weeks. The indexes of bone mineral density, serum sex hormones, bone metabolism and cytokines were compared by blood sampling. Results ： The effective rate in the control group 71.43% was lower than the treatment group 90.47% （P〈0.05）, compared with before treatment, scores of posterior lumbar spine position, left femoral neck, Ward＇s triangle, greater trochanter bone density in 2 groups increased, levels of serum T and E2 increased, serum ALP, BGP content decreased, levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α decreased, and IL-10 elevation （ P〈0.05 ）, compared with the control group, scores of posterior lumbar spine position, left femoral neck, Ward＇s triangle, greater trochanter bone density in treatement group were higher, levels of serum T and E2 were higher, serum ALP, BGP content were lower, levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α were lower, and IL-10 were higher （P〈0.05）. There was no difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Huangqi Injection combined with friction step training on the treatment of patients with menopausal osteoporosis, improve the sex hormones and bone metabolism indicators, alleviate the body＇s inflammatory state, improve bone mineral density, it is worth popularizing.
