风池穴与吞咽障碍治疗的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨风池穴与吞咽障碍治疗的相关性。方法 :从局部解剖、利咽通窍、经络循行以及临床研究等角度分析风池穴治疗吞咽障碍的机理。结果 :针刺风池穴可对皮下组织结构产生刺激,使局部循环得到改善,脑细胞活性增强,吞咽中枢对吞咽反射的控制能力提高,吞咽反射通路修复,使因为吞咽障碍引起的并发症减少,进而逐步康复。结论 :脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗具有一定难度,治疗机制较为复杂,从经络循行与实验研究等角度分析可知风池穴治疗吞咽障碍具有理论基础和临床疗效,临床上可广泛使用。Objective ：To investigate the correlation between treatment of dysphagia and Fengchi.Methods ：From the perspective of local anatomy,unblocking the orifices and relieving sore-throat,the meridian distribution and clinical research to analyze the mechanism of dysphagia of Fengchi.Results ：Acupuncture Fengchi can stimulate subcutaneous tissue,improve local circulation,enhance brain cell activity,improve the ability of swallowing center to control and repair the pathway of swallowing reflex,to make complications caused by dysphagia are redused and then recovered gradually.Conclusion ：The treatment of the post-stroke dysphagia has certain difficulty and the mechanism is complicated,from the perspective of the meridian distribution and clinical research to analyze,we can see that treating this disease with Fengchi has theoretical foundation and clinical efficacy,besides,this approach should be used widely.
