摘  要:采用导管分子的离析技术,对樱桃、日本晚樱茎次生木质部的导管分子类型、数量、长度、直径、穿孔板类型以及尾端特征进行了比较研究.结果表明:两种植物导管分子的穿孔板多为单穿孔板,也存在复穿孔板、对穿孔板、侧壁穿孔板;导管类型多为孔纹导管,在导管内壁具有不分枝型三生螺纹和条纹加厚,少数导管还具有导管侵填体;纹孔为互列纹孔式;导管分子均具有两端具尾、一端具尾、两端无尾3种尾部类型.它们是亲缘程度较高的植物,在系统演化中处于较高级的地位,日本晚樱较樱桃进化.但它们导管分子又存在原始的性状,并且在同种植物的不同导管分子和同一个导管分子中均出现较原始的性状特征.表明它们的各种性状在系统演化中是不同步的,在个体发育重演了系统发育的历程,因而表现出不同的演化关系.By adopting the vessel elements segregation technology,a comparative study was made to find out about the secondary xylem of Cerasus pseudocerasus and Cerasus serrulata var.Lannesiana in terms of their vessel element type,quantity,length,diameter,the perforated plate type and the tail end features.It was found that the perforated plates of the two plants are mostly simple perforation plate,and alsomultiple perforated plates,scalariform perforation plates,wall perforated plate,sidewall perforated plates arefound;vessel types are mostly pitted ones,and the inner wall of the vessel is of non-septate tertiary spiral and thickened striation,and a few of the vessels have found tylosis;the pits are of alternate pitting;the vessel elements either have tails at both ends or just have a tail at one end or simply have no tail at all.They are plants of close genetic relation which occupy a rather high position of phylogenetic development,and Cerasus serrulata var.Lannesiana is more evolved than Cerasus pseudocerasus.However,in their vessel elements there exist primitive characters and such primitive characters are found in both different vessel elements and the same vessel element of the same plants,indicating that the various characters of the two plants are not synchronous in the system evolution,and the ontogenetic development repeats the process of phylogenetic development,thus takes a rather different evolutionary relation.
