摘 要:通过查阅文献资料,对病证结合动物模型的意义、制备方法及评价作一整体的综述,对现有的问题进行分析总结,病证结合动物模型制备的理论有2个:(1)基于"证"的概念理论的病证结合动物模型,制备方法分为2种:诱发疾病病证结合模型和自发遗传性疾病证侯模型;(2)基于西医疾病的模型叠加中医证候因素理论的病证结合动物模型,根据造模因素复合病证结合模型,制备方法也分为2种:"西医病+中医传统病因"模型和"西医病+病理生理"模型。要不断制备出更完美的模型,才有助于中西医学者更深入地研究贴近人类各种疾病的模型。Based on the literature review, the author makes a general review of the significance, prepara- tion method and evaluation of the model of syndrome differentiation, analyzes and summarizes the existing prob- lems, and studies the effective combination of disease and syndrome and the method of preparation, Evaluation question. There are two theories of disease model and animal model preparation: (1) Combined with animal mod- els, the preparation method is divided into two types: induced disease syndrome model and spontaneous heredi- tary disease syndrome model; (2) based on Western medicine model of superimposed 'Chinese medicine syndrome factors combined with animal model animal model Factor combination model, the preparation method is divided into two types: "Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine etiology" model and "Western medicine and pathophysiology" model. To constantly prepare a more perfect model, it will help scholars more in-depth study of various models close to human diseases.
