长江经济带视阈下贵州清真食品产业研究

摘　　要：贵州回族属于散杂居民族,回族少数民族经济起步晚、底子薄、规模小,在改革开放的市场经济中因其地域性和民族性清真餐厅在省内外落地开花,部分中小型清真食品企业在竞争中崛起,成为市场竞争中的优胜者。长江经济带战略是新形势下我国深化改革开放的长期部署,不是短期计划。在长江经济带建设和供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,贵州清真食品产业同时面临新机遇与新挑战。但是在全局角度讲,长江经济带建设有益于回族和回族经济的全面发展,部分清真食品企业可能面临倒闭退市的困境,制约部分回族群众建成全面小康社会的步伐。Hui people in Guizhou is Chinese Diaspora, and their economy is poor. However, the Moslem restaurants in/outside Guizhou come to be prosperous, and some small and medium Moslem food industries even rise to be winners in the market competition thanks to their regionality and nationality. Yangtze River Economic Belt Initiative is a long-term plan instead of a short one in the new era. In the time of Yangtze River ECONOMIC Belt Initiative and the reform of supply side structures, the Moslem food industry is faced with new opportunities and challenges. But, on the whole, the Belt Initiative benefits a lot in the economic development of Hui people. Some Moslem food enterprises are likely to go down or to be delisted, becoming a restriction upon turning Hui people into an all-round moderately prosperous community.
