摘 要:骨质疏松是一种以骨量减少、骨微结构损坏,导致骨脆性增加,易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨疾病。Preptin是一个由胰岛β细胞分泌的含有34个氨基酸的肽段,在糖代谢和骨代谢中发挥重要的生理作用。已有研究表明,preptin具有促进成骨细胞增殖及分化的功能,这提示preptin在未来骨质疏松的新药物研究中具有潜在的价值。Preptin is an oligopeptide containing 34 amino acids which is secreted by 13 cell of the pancreas. Preptin plays a significant role in glycometabolism and bone metabolism. Osteoporosis is a kind of disease at high risk of disability and death due to abnormal bone metabolism, which is characterized by increase of bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. It has been demonstrated that preptin strengthens proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. This suggests that preptin may have the potential in new drug research of osteoporosis in the future.
