基于“肺与膀胱别通”理论探讨五苓散对心源性肺水肿的利尿作用

摘　　要："肺与膀胱别通"首见于明·李梴《医学入门·脏腑条分》转引的《五脏穿凿论》中,两者所连属的经络之间虽然在经脉循行上未必通连,但在气化上却密切相关,从而在功能上息息相通。从肺与膀胱相别通理论的角度,在临床及动物实验中都有效的证明了五苓散对心源性肺水肿的利尿作用。且利水的同时,不伴有体内电解质的丢失。临床灵活化裁用药,可收桴鼓之效。The theory of ＂lung-bladder communication＂ was first seen in the Introduction to Medicine, the ＂five zang-organs theory ＂ written by Ming Dynasty LI Chan. The book said that although the lung and bladder was not connected in meridian, they are closely related to each other in the qi movement and function. From the view of lungbladder communication, to explore the diuretic effect of Poria Five Powder on cardiogenic pulmonary edema diuresis. Both clinical and animal experimen can prove the effect of Poria Five Powder on cardiogenic pulmonary edema diuresis and it can remove the water without electrolytic loss. Treatment according to syndrome differentiation can get good effect.
