摘　　要：目的观察高压氧联合辨经刺井配合颞三针针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的临床疗效。方法选取PSCI患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组(30例)予以高压氧联合辨经刺井配合颞三针针刺,对照组(30例)予以高压氧和常规针刺,1次/d,每周连续治疗6次,连续3周。使用简易精神状态量表、蒙特利尔量表观察患者治疗前后积分。结果 2组患者治疗后两项量表积分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组相比,观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合辨经刺井配合颞三针针刺可明显改善患者认知功能,疗效明显优于高压氧配合常规针刺治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Six-meridian differentiation acupuncture at Well points and temporal three-needle for treatment of stroke patients with cognitive impairment（PSCI）. Methods Select 60 cases of PSCI patients, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group（30 cases） of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Six-meridian differentiation acupuncture at Well points and temporal three-needle, the control group（30 cases） were treated with routine acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy, and the patients were treated 6 times per week for 3 weeks. Use the MMSE,MoCA to observe the sores before and after the treatment. Results The scores of two groups were better than before treatment（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; compared with control group, the observation group＇ s improvement was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Six-meridian differentiation acupuncture at Well points and temporal three-needle can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients, curative effect is obviously superior to conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.
