摘　　要：目的探讨燥湿化痰法干预血脂异常病前状态的有效性。方法对我院收治的100例痰湿质并伴有血脂异常病前状态的患者随机分为干预组与对照组,各50例,对比其治疗效果。结果治疗12周后,干预组体质辨识判定表症状改善情况及血脂临床指标的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于痰湿质理论运用燥湿化痰法干预血脂异常病前状态效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of dampness and phlegm in the premorbid dyslipidemia. Methods 100 cases of phlegm-dampness and status of dyslipidemia were enrolled in this study. 50 cases in each group, the treatment effect was compared. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the improvement of symptoms and the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of dampness and phlegm in the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia based on phlegmdampness theory is significant.
