摘　　要：新生儿在手术患者中属于特殊群体,身体各器官发育尚不成熟,机体机能发育不完善,无自主性和自我保护意识。需要医护人员给与更多的关爱与照顾,建立完善的安全管理模式才能保证新生儿在手术室的术中安全和术后的顺利康复。The neonatus are special in the surgery patient, whose organs are not mature, organism func tion developments are not perfect, they have no independence and the self-protection consciousness. They need more care of medical staff, set a safety management mode in order to ensure the safety of neonatus in the operation room and postoperative rehabilitation.
