七氟烷低流量麻醉在小儿骨科手术中应用的优势分析

摘　　要：目的分析七氟烷低流量麻醉在小儿骨科手术中应用的优势。方法选择2014年1月至2015年2月收治的患儿72例,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各36例。两组患儿均采用手术治疗,麻醉诱导方法相同,治疗组七氟烷氧流量控制在0.5 L/min,对照组氧流量控制在2.5 L/min,观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果两组患儿的生命体征及肝肾功能相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在消耗相同剂量七氟烷时,治疗组麻醉维持时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿骨科手术中采用七氟烷低流量麻醉效果明显,能有效提高七氟烷的使用率,对患儿的生命体征及肝肾功能无明显影响,可推广应用。Objective To analyze the advantages of the application of low flow sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric depart- ment of orthopedics operation. Methods Totally 72 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 36 cases in each group, cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with surgery, anesthesia induction method was the same, the treatment group of seven isoflurane oxygen flow control in 0. 5L/min, control group oxygen flow control in 2. 5L/min. The treatment effect was observed. Results There was no significant difference in vital signs and liver and renal function between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. At the same dose of sevofiurane, the maintenance time of the treatment group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In pediat- ric department of orthopedics operation, the effect of low flow sevoflurane anesthesia is obvious, can effectively improve the use rate of sevoflurane, the vital signs and liver and kidney function of the children had no significant effect, and can be popularized and applied.
