摘  要:目的研究探讨无人区心电轴在宽QRS波群心动过速诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2015年1月至2016年1月就诊的宽QRS波群心动过速100例患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者同步12导联心电图特征,目测判断I、aVF导联心电轴以确定是否存在无人区心电轴。结果所有患者经心脏电生理检查后,明确有65例患者为室性心动过速,26例患者为室上性心动过速伴室内差异性传导,9例患者为室上性心动过速伴预激综合征。经过目测判断I、aVF导联心电轴后,65例室性心动过速患者中有58例存在无人区心电轴(89.23%),而室上性心动过速伴室内差异性传导及室上性心动过速伴预激综合征患者中无1例存在无人区心电轴。结论无人区心电轴能很好的诊断及鉴别宽QRS波群心动过速的类型,具有较高的特异性、准确率以及操作的简便性,可作为诊断及鉴别诊断宽QRS波群心动过速的重要手段,值得临床上进一步应用推广。Objective To research the value of areas covered electrical axis in the diagnosis of wide QRS complex tachy- cardia. Methods Select: wide QRS complex tachycardia 100 patients as the research object, patients with synchronous 12 -lead electrocardiogram characteristics were retrospectively analyzed, visual judgment I, aVF guide electrical axis to de- termine whether there is no man's land electrical axis. Results All the patients after cardiac electrophysiological examina- tion, 65 patients of ventricular tachyeardia, supraventricutar tachycardia 26 patients with indoor difference conduction, 9 cases of patients with supraventricular tachycardia with pre - excitation syndrome syndrome. Through visual judgment I, aVF guide LianXin electrical axis, 58 cases of 65 cases of ventricular tachycardia patients (89.23%), there is no manb land electrical axis in supraventricular tachycardia with indoor difference conduction and room sex on the room tachycardia with pre - excitation syndrome syndrome patients without t case there is no manb land electrical axis. C.andusions The no man's land electrical axis can be a very good diagnostic ecg shaft and identify the type of wide QRS complex tachycardi- a, has high specificity, accuracy, and ease of operation, can be used as the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of wide QRS complex tachycardia.
