摘　　要：本文对滑阀真空泵的整体结构和主要零部件的结构进行了深层次分析和研究。提出了一些新的结构型式,如泵的整体结构按排、本体平衡的滑阀与偏心轮结构、低噪声浮动密封排气阀、双重二次旋风式油汽分离器等。这些新结构对于降低泵的振动和噪声、减少和消除喷油、提高泵运行的安全性和可靠性有显著效果。The overall structure of the rotary piston vacuum pumps and the structure of main parts are investigated. Some new structural forms, such as the overall structure of the pump, noumenon balanced structure of rotary piston and eccentric wheel, low-noise floating seal exhaust valve, dual secondary cyclone oil and gas separator are discussed. The new. structure can reduce vibration and noise of the pump, decreases fuel injection, as well as improves the security of operation.
