摘  要:图书馆竞争力是指图书馆在与其他信息服务机构竞争时显现出来的竞争优势或能力。图书馆竞争力着眼于"个体图书馆"而非"行业整体",并可体现为图书馆资源、用户满意度、服务品牌和核心能力。它们之间构成了"竞争力之树",揭示了竞争力的形成机制。在动力机制上,则需要有效发挥并整合馆内外不同主体的作用。Library's competitiveness is the competitive advantage or ability showed in the competition between the library and other information service organizations. Library's competitiveness,which focuses on "individual library"instead of "library industry as a whole",can be embodied as the library resources,user satisfaction,service brand and core competencies. They constitute the"competitiveness tree",which reveals the formation mechanism of competitiveness.The functions of different subjects should be effectively played and integrated in aspect of the driving mechanism.
