摘　　要：以宁波市东部新城地下综合管廊为例,借鉴国内外经验,阐述东部新城综合管廊的收费定价原则、费用分摊模式和收费定价方法,并提出费用分摊与收费模式的相关建议,以期为政府部门颁布收费定价标准提供参考。Taking the underground utility tunnel of Ningbo eastern new town as an example and based on experiences of home and abroad,this paper elaborates the expense toll pricing principle,allocation mode and toll pricing method of the utility tunnel of the eastern new town,and proposes some relevant suggestions on the expense allocation and toll mode,so as to provide some references for the government departments when setting toll pricing standard.
