摘 要:将房地产投资与城市经济增长之间的关系分为需求效应和供给效应,利用索罗的经济增长模型,对不同类型城市的房地产投资与城市经济增长的关系进行建模验证。研究表明不同类型的城市之间由于房地产发展水平和经济发展水平不同,房地产投资与城市经济增长的关系有所不同;房地产投资对城市经济增长的贡献方式与贡献程度存在差异;房地产投资对城市经济增长的作用特征存在差异。The paper divides the relationship between the real estate investment and urban economic growth into demand and supply effect,uses Solow's economic growth model to model and verify the relationship between real estate investment and urban economic growth in different types of cities. The result shows,in different cities,the relationship between real estate investment and urban economic growth is different because of the different development level of real estate and economic,the real estate investment's contribution to urban economic growth and the contribution degree are different,the characteristics of the real estate investment's effect on urban economic growth are different.
