摘  要:目的:研究不同体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)的联勤保障部队官兵在高原应激拉练中的缺氧耐受能力。方法:根据BMI标准将参加高原5km山地徒步拉练的109名官兵分为营养不良组(n=16)、体质量正常组(n=68)、超重/肥胖组(n=25)。采集3组拉练前后的基础生理指标(包括年龄、身高、体质量,出发前后血压、脉搏、指脉氧),并进行整理分析。结果:不同BMI的官兵拉练前后的血压、脉搏、指脉氧变化组间存在统计学差异,营养不良组及体质量正常组耐受性较好,超重/肥胖组耐受性明显下降。结论:在海拔3 096m的高原,BMI与官兵的运动耐力呈负相关。Objective:To study the hypoxia endurance capability of the joint security forces in different body mass index(BMI)during plateau training.Methods:According to the different BMI(by Chinese standards),109 militaries who joined the 5 km plateau training were divided into malnutrition group(n=16),normal group(n=68),and overweight group(n=25).The basic physiological indexes of the militaries before and after the training were collected and analyzed,including age,height,weight,blood pressure,heart rate,finger pulse oxygen.Results:There were significant differences in blood pressure,heart rate,finger pluse oxygen before and after the training of militaries in different BMI.The malnutrition group and normal group showed better tolerable,and the overweight group decreased significantly.Conclusion:BMI are negatively correlated with exercise tolerance of militaries at an altitude of 3 096 m.
