摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训中一个非常重要的分支为影像专业规培住院医师,但现阶段影像专业规培住院医师存在一系列不容忽视的问题,包括诊断水平参差不齐、缺乏科研精神等等。因此,如何系统培训影像专业的住院医师,选择合适的教学方法,改进目前影像专业住院医师培训中存在的不足,是解决问题的关键。因此,本次研究采用"三明治"教学法,加强影像专业住院医师基础理论知识的掌握、病例诊断及分析能力的提高、自我学习能力的培养。Medical imaging resident is an important branch of standardized training of resident,at present,the diagnosis level of imaging is varied, lack of scientific training and a series of problems can not be ignored. Therefore,it is better to apply ＂sandwich＂teaching method in standardized training of imaging medical resident, compared to the traditional teaching method, to a certain extent,to strengthen the imaging residency to master the basic theoretical knowledge, improve the ability of clinical diagnosis and analysis, the cultivation of the self-learning ability.
