摘　　要：实验诊断学是医学生由基础学习向临床实践过渡的桥梁课程。为了使医学生早临床、早实践,尽早培养临床思维能力,建设适用于低年级医学生的实验诊断学教学病例题库,探讨在实验诊断学教学中的应用效果。结果表明,设计的病例题库能够满足低年级医学生的教学要求,早期接触临床病例有助于医学生对实验诊断学教学内容的理解,把基础医学知识和临床疾病诊断有机结合,提高综合分析病例的能力。Laboratory diagnostics is a discipline that bridges the basic medical knowledge and clinical practice. In order to improve the clinical thinking of medical students through early clinical study and early clinical practice, teaching case system of laboratory diagnostics was designed for medical students of grade three. And the teaching efficiency was discussed. It＇s showed that the teaching case system can meet the demand of the students in this stage. Early exposure to clinic cases was helpful for medical students to understand the content of the laboratory diagnosis, to combine the basic medical knowledge with clinical diagnosis of diseases properly, to improve the comprehensive ability of case analysis.
