程序化护理在消化内镜下黏膜剥离术中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨程序化护理在消化内镜下黏膜剥离术中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院收治的60例接受黏膜剥离术患者,按数字表随机分为2组,各组30例,对照组行常规护理,观察组开展程序化护理。观察与对比两组护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对消化内镜下行黏膜剥离术患者,实施程序化护理干预,能够提高护理满意度,降低并发症。Objective To explore the clinical application value of programmed nursing in endoscopic submucosal dissection. Methods60 cases of patients undergoing mucosal decollement were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was given programmed nursing care. Nursing satisfaction and complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of programmed nursing intervention for the patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection under digestive endoscopy can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the complications.
