摘　　要：主要介绍了水轮机转轮分瓣下环的铸造工艺、热处理以及其划线、组圆、焊接、加工等工艺过程。根据实际生产条件,在保证铸件内部质量的同时有效控制了下环的变形,满足了加工的要求,从而保证了成品下环的产品质量和使用性能。The casting process, heat treatment, scribing, assembling, welding and machining of the lower ring of the hydraulic turbine runner are mainly introduced. According to the actual production conditions, adopt necessary measures, at the same time ensuring that the internal quality of the casting can effectively control the deformation of the ring, to meet the processing requirements thus, to ensure the quality of products and service performance of product ring.
