摘  要:目的针对城市工业企业的能源消耗,建立数学模型对城市的产业结构及能源消费特征进行定量分析,并给出能源合理分配的建议。方法以C市为研究对象,通过建模竞赛组委会提供的真实数据,由产业结构等得出衡量工业企业发展水平的主要因素:员工数和单位GDP能耗。运用模糊c-均值聚类分析,将工业企业分成3大类,然后用3种贴近度函数判定样本均值的类别。结果最后得出C城市工业企业大多为人数少、能耗高的技术集中型产业。结论 C市虽然有巨大的发展潜力,但没有顺应可持续发展战略,短时间内收益高,长此以往,不仅会损坏当地的经济和资源,还会产生劳动力过剩等社会问题。Objective Aiming at the energy consumption of urban industrial enterprises,the mathematical model is established to quantitatively analyze the urban industrial structure and energy consumption characteristics and give the reasonable allocation of energy.Methods Based on the C city as the research object and the real data provided by the organizing committee of the competition,the main factors measuring the development level of the industrial enterprises were obtained from the industrial structure.They were the number of employees and the energy consumption per unit of GDP.By using fuzzy c-means clustering analysis,industrial enterprises were divided into three categories,and then the three close-degree function was used to determine the sample mean category.Results The C city industrial enterprises were mostly small-sized,high energy consumption and high-tech industries.Conclusion Although the city has a huge potential for development,it does not conform to the sustainable development strategy.They can bring high income in a short term,but in the long run,not only will they damage the local economy and resources,but also produce surplus labor and other social problems.
