摘　　要：目的监测并分析2014-2016年我院鲍曼不动杆菌分布及其药物敏感性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法用WHONET5.6软件分析2014-2016年苏北人民医院分离的1461株鲍曼不动杆菌。结果 1461例鲍曼不动杆菌分离株,主要的标本来源是痰液(1092株,74.74%),主要分布科室是ICU(381株,26.1%)。鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗菌药物耐药,在不同年度中,2015年相对于2014年鲍曼不动杆菌对大多数抗菌药物耐药性和分离率均有所下降,但是2016年却出现明显上升。结论鲍曼不动杆菌耐药形势严峻,特别是对ICU的病人构成了严重的威胁,导致病死率及医药花费增加,我们应做好监测,合理选择抗菌药物,做好感染控制。Objective To analyze the characteristics of distribution and antimicrobial agents susceptibility of Acine-tobacter baumannii isolates in different clinical departments in our hospital from 2014 to 2016,so as to provide the latest evidence of clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods 1461 strains of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the sam-ples in Jan 1,2014 toDec 31 ,2016 of subei people＇s hospital were reanalyzed using WHONET 5.6 software.Results 1461 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were mainly isolated from sputum （1092strains,74.74%）,the main distribution department is ICU （381 strains,26.1%）.Acinetobacter baumannii is resistant to many kinds of antimicrobial agents, the most drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in 2015 were lower than those in 2014,but a significant rise in 2016.Conclusion The phenomenon of drug resistance withacinetobacter baumannii was serious,especially inICU,It is a serious threat for patients ,making fatality rate and medical cost increased,we should do well in monitoring,choosing of antimicrobial agents reasonable and controling the infection control.
