摘 要:覆盖增强是NB-IoT和eMTC的重要设计目标,NB-IoT要求在GSM基础上覆盖增强20 dB,MCL达到164 dB;e MTC要求在LTE基础上覆盖增强15 dB,MCL达到155.7 dB,因此重点对NB-IoT和eMTC的上下行信道的覆盖增强方式进行分析和比较,给出NB-IoT和eMTC的链路预算结果,并与GSM及LTE对比。同时,对NB-IoT和eMTC的覆盖增强能力进行了测试验证。Coverage enhancement is an important target of NB-IoT and eMTC. NB-IoT requires 20 dB coverage enhancement more than GSM so that the MCL achieves 164 dB, while eMTC requires 15 dB coverage enhancement more than LTE so that the MCL achieves 155.7 dB. Therefore, coverage enhancement methods of NB-IoT and eMTC over uplink and downlink channel were analyzed and compared. The link budget results of NB-IoT and eMTC were presented and compared with GSM and LTE. In addition, the coverage enhancement capability of NB-IoT and eMTC was tested and verified.
