2型糖尿病患者希望水平与院内感染预防意识相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的旨在研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者希望水平与院内感染预防意识相关性。方法选取2014年2月-2017年2月期间医院收治的T2DM患者100例为研究对象,采用希望水平量表中文版测定T2DM患者希望水平,采取本院针对T2DM患者编制院内感染预防意识调查表测定患者院内感染预防意识,采用Pearson相关分析对患者希望水平和院内感染预防意识评估得分进行分析。结果患者希望水平平均总分(23.71±5.49)分,采取积极行动(8.69±3.19)分、对现实及未来积极态度(7.65±3.32)分和与他人保持亲密关系(7.37±2.76)分,希望水平最高为中等水平47例占47.00%,其次低水平为34例占34.00%,最低高水平为29例占29.00%(Z=7.435,P=0.024);患者院内感染预防意识平均总分为(20.09±3.46)分;T2DM患者希望水平与院内感染预防意识呈现正相关性(P<0.0001)。结论 T2DM患者希望水平与院内感染预防意识呈现正相关性,护理人员应该通过提升患者希望,从而增强其预防感染意识,给患者一个良好护理服务。OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the level of hope and the prevention awareness of nosocomial infections in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM）.METHODS A total of 100 T2 DM patients were selected as the research objects in our hospital from Feb.2014 to Feb.2017.The hope level of patients with T2 DM in our hospital were determined by the Level of Hope Scale Chinese version,the prevention awareness of nosocomial infections were determined by nosocomial infection prevention awareness questionnaire for T2 DM patients,and the hope level of patients with nosocomial infection and prevention awareness assessment scoring was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.RESULTS The average score of hope level of patients was（23.71±5.49）points,taking positive action was（8.69±3.19）points,the positive attitude to reality and future was（7.65±3.32）points and maintaining a close relationship with others was（7.37±2.76）.The highest proportion of hope level was medium level in 47 cases（47.00%）,followed by low level in 34 cases（34.00%）,and high level in 29 cases（29.00%）（Z=7.435,P=0.024）.The average score of prevention consciousness of nosocomial infections was（20.09±3.46）points.There was a positive correlation between the level of hope and prevention awareness of nosocomial infections in T2 DM patients（P〈0.0001）.CONCLUSIONThe level of hope and nosocomial infection prevention awareness in T2 DM patients is positively correlated.Nursing staff should enhance the patient’s hope,thereby enhancing their awareness of infection prevention,to give patients a good care.
