摘 要:传统热处理方法生产的奥贝球铁(ADI)的阻尼性能与高阻尼合金相比还有很大的差距,对其进行两步法等温淬火热处理,研究了第一步及与第二步等温淬火时间对ADI阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:应变振幅不大的情况下,第一步等温淬火时间与第二步等温淬火时间对ADI阻尼性能影响皆不大,随着应变振幅增大,第一步等温淬火时间保持在15 min时,ADI阻尼性能最好,第二步等温淬火时间保持在40 min时,阻尼减振性能最好,均符合高阻尼合金Q-1>0.01的标准。For the damping properties of austempered ductile irnn (ADI) treated by traditional heat treatment process, there was still a big gap to that of high damping alloy. Two-step method of quenching process was carried out, and effect of the isothermal quenching linle of the first and the second step on damping properties of the ADI was studied systematically. The results show that when the slraiu amplitude is small, both the first step and the second step isothermal quenching time do not influence much on damping properties of the ADI; however, as the strain amplitude increases, the first step isothermal quenching time maintained at 15 min leads to the best damping capacity, while the second step isothermal quenching time at 40 min leads to the best damping capacity of the specinlen, both of which fully nleets lhe high damping alloy standard of Q^-1 〉0.01.
