摘 要:通过添加有机小分子4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)(AO300)对丙烯酸酯橡胶AR51进行阻尼改性,讨论了AO300对于硫化胶结构及阻尼增效的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱结果表明,在AR51基体中添加AO300后,羰基与小分子酚羟基可以形成氢键结构,且随着AO300用量的增加,氢键数量增加。阻尼性能研究表明,杂化体系的玻璃化转变温度随着AO300用量的增加而逐渐升高,同时损耗峰峰值tanδmax及损耗峰面积TA逐渐增加,但高弹态模量逐渐降低。The AO300/AR51 hybrid system was prepared and the effects of AO300 on the structure and damping properties of vulcanized AR51 were discussed. The result of FTIR showed that the hydrogen bonds between the ester group in AR51 and the hydroxy group in small molecule were formed when adding AO300 into the AR51 matrix,and the number of hydrogen bonds increased with the increase of AO300 content. The damping properties of hybrid system showed that the glass transition temperature,tanδmaxand damping peak area increased gradually with the increase of AO300 content and the rubber modulus decreased with the increase of AO300 content.
