摘  要:基于AP1000核电机组常规岛现有辅助蒸汽和轴封蒸汽供汽汽源设计,对正常运行时的辅汽汽源和轴封供汽汽源进行了比选优化。针对辅助蒸汽系统,增加五级抽汽作为辅助蒸汽正常运行汽源;针对轴封系统,增加再热热段并增配减温器作为低压轴封正常运行汽源。改造后减少了采用高品质主蒸汽作为辅汽和轴封汽源造成的能量浪费,增加机组实际发电量,经济效益可观。Based on the existing AP1000 nuclear power unit auxiliary steam and shaft seal steam system design, the normal operation steam source of auxiliary steam and shaft seal supply steam was optimized. For auxiliary steam system normal operation, the fifth extraction steam was added. For shaft seal steam system, the Hot reheat steam was increased as normal operation steam source, while add an attemperator. After modification, the energy waste caused by using high quality main steam as source of auxiliary steam and shaft seal steam is reduced, the actual generating capacity of the unit is increased. The economic benefits are considerable.
