摘 要:2017年1月~8月,对黄浦江上游水源地水库中取水口和输水口的浮游藻类群落情况进行调查。调查期间取水口浮游藻类种数有131种,共8个门类,藻类生物密度为1.8×10~7 cells/L;输水口浮游藻类种类数有144种,共8个门类,藻类生物密度为2.0×10~7 cells/L。两者优势种群均为蓝藻门。结果表明,取水口和输水口浮游藻类群落结构存在差异性,同时初步探讨了引起差异性的原因。Abstract Phytoplankton community structure of headwater reservoir's water intake and water outlet was investigated from January to August 2017, in the upper Huangpu River. A total of 8 phyla,131 species were identified in water intake and the density was 1.8× 107 cells/L. A total of 8 phyla,144 species were identified in water outlet and the density was 2.0×107 cells/L. Cyanophyta was domi- nant in both water intake and water outlet. Result showed that community structure of phytoplankton had difference in water intake and water outlet. Besides, possible reasons for these differences were discussed preliminarily.
