摘　　要：本文复习近年来膨肺吸痰技术研究和应用文献，对膨肺吸痰的操作方法和作用机制进行了系统论述，提出了膨肺吸痰法的应用适应证和禁忌证，以及对临床膨肺吸痰法在机械通气治疗中的研究与应用进展进行综述。In this paper we review the literatures on the research and clinical application of manual hyperinflation and suctioning （MHS） technical over the recent years, constituting a systematic review on the operation procedure and mechanism of MHS, raising the indications and contraindications of MHS and summarizing the research of MHS in mechanical ventilation and the application progress in clinical practice.
