摘 要:目的:研究野菊花乙醇提取物(EECI)抗烟碱毒性的生物活性。方法:使用8周龄且体重范围从18~22 g的雌性小鼠,以不同剂量的EECI给小白鼠灌胃,20 min后灌胃最大致死量的烟碱溶液,测试EECI抗烟碱毒性的效果,计算出半数保护量PD_(50)。结果:EECI具有一定的抗烟碱毒性的生物活性,当EECI剂量增加时,小白鼠的存活时间得以延长,小白鼠存活率与EECI剂量呈依赖关系,剂量越高,存活率越高。EECI抗最大致死量烟碱毒性的半数保护量PD_(50)为1.53 g·kg^(-1),其95%的可信限为1.20~1.90 g·kg^(-1)。结论:本文报道野菊花具有抗烟碱毒性的生物活性,拓宽了野菊花的应用范围,为进一步从野菊花中寻找烟碱解毒药提供科学依据。Objective: To investigate the biological activity of the ethanol extracts of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos ( EECI ) against nicotinic toxicity. Methods: Mice, which were all female and 8 weeks old, weighing from 18 g to 22 g, were fed with different doses of EECI suspension, and the absolute lethal dose of nicotine solution was given after 20 min. The effect of EECI on nicotine toxicity was tested, and the median protective dose PD50 was calculated. Results: The EECI contained biological activity against nicotinic toxicity. The survival time of mice was prolonged when the dose of EECI was increased, and the survival rate of mice showed a dose-dependent relationship. The higher the doses, were the higher the survival rate of mice. The PD50 of EECI was 1.53 g·kg-1, and its 95% confidence scope was 1.20-1.90 g·kg-1. Conclusion: This study firstly discovered the bioactivity of EECI against nicotinic toxicity, which widened the range of application of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos and it provided a scientific basis for the further search for nicotine antidote from these plants.
