慕课在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的应用探索

摘　　要：慕课是一种大规模在线开放课程,由于其具有良好互动性、学习碎片化的优势而在教育领域得到广泛应用。慕课常设计成微视频,吉林大学耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教研室于2016年秋季学期开始应用慕课教学系统,通过利用网络资源优势,实现耳鼻咽喉头颈外科知识点的全覆盖;并且下放自主学习权利,照顾到各层次的医学生;教学内容生动形象,提高医学生的掌握能力;师生之间良好互动,提高医学生的学习效率。但在慕课实施初期,注意要与传统课堂相结合,避免慕课自身存在的不足,尽早开设翻转课堂。Massive open online course （MOOC） as a new type of online open courses has been widely used in the field of education for its advantages of better interaction, fragmentation. MOOC is often designed to microvideo. The MOOC was applicated in otorhinolaryngology teaching of Jilin University since fall semester of 2016. Most of the knowledge points could be covered with the advantage of network resources. In addition, we transferred the right of autonomous learning, take care of medical students at all levels, improve the ability of medical students by vivid teaching content, and improve the learning efficiency of medical students by good interaction between teachers and students. However, in the early period, MOOC should be combined with the traditional classroom to avoid the shortcomings itself, and the flipped class should be settled as soon as possible.
