摘  要:目的探讨畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emission,DPOAE)与超高频纯音听阈用于耳蜗性听力损害听力监测的可能性。方法采用医学研究观察法,将58例样本依照听力监测方法的不同随机分成2等份,其中对照组为DPOAE组,研究组为超高频纯音听阈组,临床观察2组的筛查成果。结果研究组总符合率93.10%(27/29)与对照组89.66%(26/29)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DPOAE与超高频纯音听阈用于耳蜗性听力损害听力监测效果相当,均可作为有效监测手段,并在临床实践中获得了较为可喜的成就。Objective To investigate The possibility of monitoring hearing for cochlear hearing damage by DPOAE and ultra-high frequency pure tone audiometry. Methods 58 samples were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with the different methods of hearing monitoring, in which the control group was DPOAE group, and the study group was ultra-high frequency pure tone audiometry group. Clinical observation of these two groups of screening results was conducted. Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 93.10% (27/29) , and the rate of compliance with the control group was 89.66% (26/29) . The difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05) . Conclusion DPOAE and ultra-high frequency pure tone audiometry for hearing monitoring have the equal efficacy. They can be used as effective means of monitoring, and obtain gratifying achievements in clinical practice.
