质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性咽喉炎声带肉芽肿1例

摘　　要：患者半年前无明显诱因出现反复咳嗽,声音嘶哑,咽部异物感,持续清痰。检查后发现,咽部慢性充血,声带后连合区黏膜肥厚,声带弥漫性充血、水肿。右侧杓状软骨声带突可见白色肉芽肿。服用质子泵抑制剂2个月后复查,无咳嗽,无声嘶,发声疲劳、咽部异物感减轻。纤维喉镜检查示原声门后联合区的白色肉芽肿已消失。The patient had repeatedly cough, hoarse voice, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, persistently clearing sputum with no obvious incentives for half a year. After the examination, it was found that the pharynx had chronic hyperemia, the mucosa of posterior commisure was thick, and the vocal cords were diffusely hyperemic and edema. A white granuloma was visible on the right arytenoid cartilage. After treatment with proton pump inhibitors for two months, cough and hoarse voice disappeared, voice fatigue and pharyngeal foreign body sensation was released. Fibrolaryngoscope examination revealed that the white granuloma disappeared.
