摘 要:采用微波水热法制备了SrMoO_4粉体。采用XRD和SEM表征了该粉体性能。实验表明:该粉体在煅烧温度950℃以上可以生成白钨矿结构的SrMoO_4纯相,且该粉体具有某种特殊形貌,直径约5μm的球形颗粒,每个球形颗粒是由大量的直径约100nm的细小晶粒构建而成,显示出其具有非常大的比表面积。对以SrMoO_4-SSZ为SOFC阳极的单电池进行电化学性能测试,发现单电池的开路电压仅为31.5mV(理论开路电压为1.0V左右),电池输出基本为0。进一步将SrMoO_4-SSZ阳极在900℃下通入H_2还原5h,发现白钨矿结构的SrMoO_4没有被还原成钙钛矿结构的SrMoO_3,表明该结构非常稳定。SrMoO_4 powders were prepared by microwave hydrothermal method.The properties of the powder were characterized by XRD and SEM. Experimental results show that the powders in the calcination temperature above 950℃ can generate scheelite structure of pure SrMoO_4 phase, and the powder has a special morphology, which was a spherical particle with a diameter of about 5μm and each spherical particle was made up of a large number of grains with a diameter of about 100 nm, and the specific surface area was huge.The electrochemical performance of SrMoO_4-SSZ anode single cell was tested. It was found that the open circuit voltage of the single cell was only 31.5 m V, and the output of the cell was almost zero. The reduction of SrMoO_4-SSZ anode was through hydrogen at 900 ℃ for 5 h. The results revealed that scheelite structure SrMoO_4 has not been reduced to perovskite structure SrMoO_3, which indicates that its structure was very stable.
